Bundle @ Kennispark

The newest Bundle community is being created at Kennispark, opposite the University of Twente in Enschede. Behind the scenes, intensive work on this development has been underway for quite some time. A tender process has taken place, from which the plan by De Groot Vroomshoop emerged as the best proposal. The wooden residential building, designed by SeARCH, offers a sustainable and inspiring place to live. It is intended for students in the final phase of their studies, recent graduates, researchers, entrepreneurs, and professionals working at Kennispark—people who together bring the area to life.

The residential program consists of:

• 12 studios of 29 m²
• 149 studios of 40 m²
• 22 apartments of 45 m²
• A commercial ground floor & community spaces
