Once your contract ends and your room was cleared during the final inspection. You'll receive your deposit back. To make sure our administration has the correct bank details, please fill out our online deposit form.

Any over- or underpaid rent will be evened out with the deposit. Please note that it may take a few weeks for the money to be in your account.
