Final inspection

Once your rental end date is approaching, you'll need to make an appointment for your final inspection. You can do so by contacting your Student Housing Consultant. 

During the final inspection, our Student Housing Consultants inspect your room to check if you're leaving everything the way it was upon your arrival. They'll check for any damage or if you need to restore the walls to their original color.
