One of my lights isn't working, do I need to fix this myself?

This depends on a few things. First do you rent a furnished or non-furnished room? In case of a furnished room, you can visit our office to change the broken light for a new one. If you rent a non-furnished room and a light in the common area, such as a shared kitchen, bathroom or hallway, you can visit our office to schange the broken light for a new one. If a light in one of your private rooms is broken, you'll need to replace this yourself.
My showerhead is broken, do I need to fix this myself?

If you come by our office, we'll give you a new showerhead which you can install yourself.
