As a tenant, you want quick and easy access to all the information that matters to you. That’s why we created the Veste Wonen app – your digital reception desk. Here you’ll find everything you need, from practical information about living on campus to contact details and useful features.
With the Veste Wonen app you can:
- Submit repair requests quickly and easily via your smartphone
- Contact Veste Wonen or your Student Housing Consultant directly
- Always have the right information, important contact details and user guides at hand
- Receive push notifications about maintenance, window cleaners and other updates
- Take part in initiatives for a pleasant and liveable environment
- Manage your digital key and create, share or revoke spare keys (if your building already has a digital locking system)
- Discover who your neighbours are and easily connect via the My Neighbours feature
Why the Veste Wonen app?
For you as a tenant, the app is the place to manage everything and stay informed. All information specific to your complex and home will now be available in the app. The website will remain, but will mainly focus on prospective tenants in the future. The exact timing depends on the rollout of the digital locking system. This way, everyone has time to get familiar with both the app and the new system.
