RA PROGRAMME

At Veste Wonen, we want students to feel welcome, connected, and supported. Our new Resident Assistant (RA) programme plays an important role in achieving this.

RAs help create a positive living environment by welcoming new residents, encouraging social interaction, and being a familiar point of contact in the building. Their presence strengthens the community and contributes to a safe, inclusive atmosphere, something we consider essential in student housing.

The RA programme is a key element of our long‑term approach to student wellbeing. It helps us stay close to residents, understand what they experience, and respond quickly when support is needed.

Students who become Resident Assistants gain valuable skills while making a real contribution to their community. It’s a practical and enriching way to get involved in student life in Enschede.
