Direct debit

There are different ways to pay your rent. By direct debit, paying manually, paying at our office or paying via our payment link by email (POM).

Paying by direct debit is the most convenient way. You can easily arrange this by authorizing us to debit the amount from your account every month. Download the form on the left of this page, fill it in, sign it, and send it back to us. We will ensure the correct rent is debited from your account around the first of every month. When the rent changes we will change the amount; you don’t have to do this yourself. Easy peasy!  Is the payment day on the weekend? Then we will debit your rent just before or after the weekend.

Are you behind on your rent payments?
We will notify you through Mind2Pay if we cannot collect your rent by direct debit. This way, we can work together to prevent your rent arrears from increasing.
